Larry Munson, who spent 42 years as the radio play-by-play announcer for Georgia's football team, died Sunday night at the age of 89 after complications from pneumonia.

There is a race in the NFC East again and the undermanned Philadelphia Eagles find themselves on the fringe of it. Subbing for an injured Michael Vick, Vince Young breathed life into the defending division champions by capping an 18-play drive with a game-winning 8-yard touchdown pass to Riley Cooper with 2:45 to play and the Eagles defeated the New York Giants 17-10 Sunday night.
