Ohio State star freshman Jared Sullinger says he will return to the Buckeyes next season rather than enter the NBA draft. The 6-foot-9 Sullinger, who led top-ranked Ohio State in scoring and rebounding, made the announcement right after Friday night's 62-60 loss to Kentucky in the East Regional semifinals.

The Rams had to win a play-in game just to secure their spot in the NCAA tournament, and have been unstoppable ever since.

Too far away to dunk, Nicolas Batum just had to pop the ball over Tony Parker and hope for the best. Batum had never hit a game-winner until Friday night when he scored at the buzzer to give the Portland Trail Blazers a 98-96 victory over the league-leading San Antonio Spurs. Ohio State roared through the regular season, the Big Ten tournament and two rounds in the NCAA tournament as a swashbuckling juggernaut riding the talents of freshman star Jared Sullinger and torrid outside shooting to romp after romp. Kentucky's frantic defense slowed the Buckeyes down, then coolhanded Kentucky guard Brandon Knight sent Sullinger and company home early.
